Since 1985 Mancini Group has been engaged in slaughtering technology for cattle, sheep and pigs. Slaughtering is regulated by a series of well-defined health rules in order to ensure the fitness of meat for human consumption. The operations must take place, as a rule, in an approved factory and therefore having the necessary hygienic requirements. Our technology solutions are in full compliance with current European and USDA health and safety regulations, satisfying  any production requirement relating to slaughtering.

Our client is a company that intends to build a new plant or renovate an existing one in accordance with hygiene/health regulations in the sector. The installation and start-up of the plant are carried out by highly qualified technical staff, with over 20 years of experience, who take care of the mounting of aerial lines, the floor machinery, up to the commissioning, testing and training of personnel in charge of the use and management of the plant.
