Furore: the new system for the vertical deboning

9For years, Mancini Spa is constantly at the service of its customers on the look-out for new solutions for the meat processing. Mancini has the pleasure to show you a sensational, functional and innovative system per cutting of  cattle and pigs.

This new system's name is "Furore" because you can make quick and confortable operations reducing considerably costs and creating a higher efficiency of this new technology.

This system has several advantages , especially it allow you to reduce  the processing time.

Thanks to the extreme concreteness of its operations, you can garantee the traceability piece by piece so that the system is highly satisfactory.

Mancini Spa provides a practical  course for a good use of  your plants. Mancini also provides a highly skilled staff who has several years experiences in this sector.

"Furore" allows you to bone cattle and pigs and it is made up of a vertical deboning with a new concept for cattle quarters and pig halves. This system also forsees a detachment of hip of cattle.

 

 Furore is totally in stainless steel  AISI 304 with satinized finishing that gives to the system a good and high-tech "silhouette" : its structure is in stainless steel AISI 304 with elements in Niploy -  SEW engine.

 

The system is powered by a rail for the meat deboning. The rail has a system of mechanical block of the pulley during the processing phase.

The deboning is made up of two strong colomns where an electromechanical activation element slides on which pig quartres and halves is transferred in order to be processed. The strong work top allows staff to work in an ergonomic and advantageous position:  the staff is on a platform with a frame in stainless steel and a skidproof in special resin  hooks and places the quarter without excessive efforts flat surface on the vertical  work top.

In the same position, you can vertically cut pigs: it is possible to cut  pig halves with a circular saw depending on usual cuts.

Cuttings of cattle and pigs are put on the strip; then they are  finished on the work top, two or more depending on the plant.

Furore is provided with an electric control panel and electronic control that render the system automatic with processing time planned and/or processing with a control run by the staff.
Security device according to regulations required.
