Design and construction from A to Z
Mancini Spa carries out the design and construction of complete systems, including deboning operations, with unique and innovative solutions.
The study of the lines and the machinery is customized to each customer. The design is drawn up according to the requirements and the production capacity of each individual plant by our engineering department.
The construction of the equipment and machinery is followed and monitored by our technical department to ensure optimal performance and durability. Each machine is manufactured according to the MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42 / EC of 17/05/2006 L 157/24 and is accompanied by extensive documentation and "CE" brand.
We follow the mounting of the aerial lines, the floor machinery, up to commissioning, testing and start-up of the plant as well as the training of personnel responsible for the use and management of the machinery.
